American attorney, gardener, event planner and amateur chef, Janie Holstein relocated from mid-America to coastal Tuscany to marry wine producer Giulio Parentini of Morisfarms Winery.
After planning and hosting their 3-day wedding celebration in Giulio's hometown of Massa Marittima, their 100 American wedding guests confirmed that this idyllic, medieval hilltop town was the perfect place for Janie to develop and share her knowledge of and passion for all things Italian. Friends and visitors of Il Bell'Arco are invited to join us for an amazing and authentic Tuscan experience!
Janie's goal is to utilize her varied skills and experiences gained from extensive international travel, the hospitality industry, and time spent in the kitchen and garden to create the ultimate, authentic, Tuscan experience for her guests in Massa Marittima in the off-the-beaten-path corner of southwestern coastal Tuscany known as the Maremma. Tuscan food, wine and cultural traditions so unique and appealing beg to be shared and celebrated! It will be our great pleasure to host and inspire in each of our guests the magic and memories they create for themselves with varied and customized experiences individually tailored to their personal interests and tastes.
